About the System

These units rely on heating materials inside a sealed rotating drum to separate hydrocarbon pollutants, then passing the resulting vapors through a complete treatment line that includes:
Use of inert gas in indirect units
Direct heating with hot gases inside the drum or indirect heating around the drum
Extraction and filtration system
Rapid cooling system
Water quench system
Condensers
Absorption tower
Oil–water separator
Final combustion unit for emissions (Thermal Oxidizer)
